Drew is a 12+ year veteran of the Marine Corps (September 2001 – Feb 2014), serving as both a Musician and an Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technician. He deployed to Afghanistan (OEF), Spain, Africa, Canada, and as part of the 22 Marine Expeditionary Unit.

Drew has been married for 18 years to his amazing wife, Misty, who is an associate attorney at O’Donnell, Weiss, & Mattei. She is the mother of their awesome children, Karis, Canaan, and Carsen. Drew enjoys writing, photography, cooking, riding mountain bikes and motorcycles, fly fishing, traveling, woodworking, and other tasks to increase his manliness.

Ritter is Drew’s service dog, thanks to Baden K-9. Ritter is German for “Knight”. He is a team mate, protector, and dedicated friend.
